Jetro Restaurant Depot in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations, driving performance and maintaining high standards across all departments.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to enforce company policies, audit readiness and corrective actions, assist with staffing, scheduling and inventory control, and uphold exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse, or grocery
• Strong multi-department operations knowledge
• Experience in leadership or supervisory support
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations across all departments
• Enforce compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, shrink, and standards execution
• Reinforce accountability with department managers
• Assist with audit readiness and corrective actions
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and team coordination
• Support inventory control, receiving, merchandising and operations
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Ensure safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance
