Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manager-level Retail Specialist to oversee retail operations and contribute to the development of business policies. This onsite role requires coordinating with departments and contractors to support analysis, research, design, and implementation of programs and systems.

Candidate should have experience in retail operations, inventory management, procurement, or related policy development. A bachelor’s degree with related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.
• Or Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assists in analyzing business conditions and in the development of business policies.
• Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
