Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. seeks a Retail Operations Specialist to act as the information conduit between retail operations, clients, and local markets. You will provide analytical support, synthesize upstream information, and create actionable reporting for field prioritization.

Reports to the Director of Retail Operations. The role requires strong Excel and ARTS proficiency, 1–3 years in route-based retail ops and 4+ years of relevant experience, plus travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Education level required: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Route based retail operations, 4+ years of applicable work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong Excel capabilities (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ARTS experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with distribution and item speed to shelf and client objectives.
• Review and approve all cycle activities.
• Onboarding: manage 30/60/90 day feedback and track new hires’ productivity.
• Serve as single point of contact with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Total Rewards (TR) for hiring/onboarding.
• Consolidate information flow from client/BDM teams and communicate cycle priorities to Retail Management.
