Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is hiring a Retail Operations Specialist to act as the information conduit between retail operations, clients, and local markets. You will provide analytical support, synthesize upstream data, and create actionable reporting for field prioritization.

The role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and requires travel up to 20%. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in route-based retail operations plus 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years in route-based retail operations; 4+ years of applicable work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience preferred; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with distribution, new item speed to shelf, and client objectives.
• Review and approve cycle activities and conduct post-audit follow-up.
• Onboard new hires; track productivity and provide feedback to DROs/ROMs.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring and onboarding.
• Consolidate information from client/BDM teams and communicate cycle priorities.
• Facilitate field visits/audits and manage routing/SRM oversight.
