Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with store-related administrative functions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and assist with onboarding.
• Perform daily cash office functions and maintain standards.
• Support scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory, and requisitions.
• Ensure proper Associate coverage and respond to coverage needs.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and Associates.
