Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates in Schaumburg, IL to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet athletes and customers, understand their needs, and help with product selection and checkout processes.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise intake, upholding merchandising standards, and supporting omni fulfillment channels such as Ship From Store and BOPIS. Safety, inclusion, and teamwork are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)

• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards; assists in omni fulfillment processes (Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, Curbside)
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to standards
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
