The role requires 1–3 years of retail office experience, supervisory background, and strong communication/organizational skills, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior PC/POS familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail office experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to sell in a commission environment.
• Experience using a PC or POS system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedural compliance with company policies across all transactions.
• Lead implementation of programs and initiatives (warranty sales, in-store signage, pricing, merchandising tagging).
• Provide direction, leadership, and motivation to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Achieve personal and extended warranty sales on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
