Strong communication, organization, and supervisory skills are essential, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail office experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to sell in a commission environment.
• Experience using a PC or POS system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Procedural compliance to ensure that all transactions are handled per company policies and procedures.
• Implement company programs and initiatives (extended warranty sales, in-store signage, pricing and merchandising tagging).
• Provide direction, leadership and motivation to help the store achieve sales and profit goals.
• Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals by working on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
