Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds Shops, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager for a retail store in Minnesota. The role leads daily office operations and provides guidance to help the store reach sales and profit goals, while also supporting on-floor activities to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior experience with a POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedural compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement company programs and initiatives (extended warranty sales, signage, pricing and merchandising tagging).
• Provide direction, leadership, and motivation to help achieve sales and profit goals.
• Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals by working on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
