Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of cash handling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and O365.
• Strong math, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and manage store voicemail.
• Schedule deliveries and verify readiness.
• Balance cash funds and prepare deposits.
• Maintain an organized, secure office environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and service tickets.
• Review outstanding transactions and follow up as needed.
