Job summary

Truist seeks an Mortgage Sales & Marketing professional to drive mortgage product referrals and client growth in the Tennessee area. You will market Truist Mortgage Loan products, adhere to bank policies, and refer clients to related services to deepen relationships.

The role requires knowledge of residential mortgage lending, compliance with licensing, and strong client advisory skills to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking and/or lending environment.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and laws.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs.
• Refer clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist with document follow-up post-closing.
