Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking in-store merchandising staff to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, 18+ years old, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Smartphone usage to record shift work is expected.

• Customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and training people.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs (build displays, end caps, shelf resets).
