The role focuses on daily store operations, customer service, and adherence to company policies while maintaining clean and inviting sales floors. Ideal candidates have retail or management experience, strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentable conditions, including bathrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Process receipt/return of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow per productivity standards.
• Stock merchandise including frozen & refrigerated per productivity standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective.
• Plan and maintain clip strips and power panels with effective items.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
