Responsibilities:

1. Process accurate and efficient inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick-up in store
2. Execute all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
3. Implement weekly planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changeovers
4. Deliver exceptional customer service
5. Utilize basic selling skills to engage and present solutions to customers
6. Create an inviting environment by maintaining a neat and clean store
7. Perform front-end responsibilities such as cashiering, handling returns, and online reservations
8. Provide store leadership when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty”
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations
• Experience managing and coaching a team or supervising others
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective multitasking and handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
• Ability to work in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Preferred but not required: Key holder experience within a retail environment
