Play a central role in helping your store, your people, and your customers win.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing accurate and efficient inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store
2. Executing all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
3. Executing Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeover
4. Delivering exceptional customer service
5. Understanding and utilizing basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
6. Providing an inviting environment by maintaining a neat and clean store
7. Performing front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and online reservations
8. Providing store leadership when scheduled as the “Manager on Duty”
9. Being flexible to perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Understanding of merchandising and retail operations
• Experience managing and coaching a team and/or supervising others
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective multitasking with limited or no supervision
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull materials in the 100-pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
• Ability to work in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Preferred but not required: key holder experience within a retail environment
