• 5+ years of progressive grocery, food retail, or specialty retail merchandising experience with senior leadership across a multi-store environment.
• Experience leading grocery merchandising strategy, category management, pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and retail execution.
• Demonstrated ownership of category or business-unit P&Ls, with a track record of increasing sales, gross margin, inventory turns, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of grocery categories, consumer food trends, supplier dynamics, promotional planning, and competitive retail strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute the enterprise merchandising and retail operations strategy across a multi-store footprint.
• Lead category management, assortment planning, space optimization, promotions, and pricing decisions.
• Own category-level P&L performance and drive revenue, margin, and inventory productivity.
