Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and ensuring SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor replenishment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
