Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
