Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and adapting to changes.
• Teamplayer with ability to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to the floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and store procedures; support safety and compliance.
