Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working evenings/weekends.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Support safety and labor policy adherence.
• Promote and process credit/loyalty programs.
