Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent store experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain cleanliness, signage, and stockroom standards.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth operations.
• Support safety and compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Assist in promotions and loyalty programs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
