Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise placement on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and correctly coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed; manage back stock and signage standards.
• Uphold safety, labor laws, and company policies; support shrink reduction efforts.
