Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles and safety guidelines.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate priorities to the team.
