Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded and flow to sales floor smoothly.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed; organize back stock for replenishment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; promote safety and credit/loyalty programs.
