Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer experience and keep store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and prioritize replenishment to floor.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; communicate priorities to team.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety; monitor productivity and provide feedback.
• Promote and participate in credit and loyalty programs; support shrink reduction goals.
