The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Marshalls Store Associate in Delafield, WI. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store while supporting training and development for associates.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Flexible with nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and backroom.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise properly.
• Communicate with coordinators to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support store priorities and shrink reduction programs.
