Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own in-store tasks from start to finish, including planograms, signage, and price changes. You will also support merchandise assembly and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes flexibility, attendance, and communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including; Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
