Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a store with start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will engage customers and team members, delivering legendary service and adhering to safety protocols.

Key duties include planogram execution, signage maintenance, price changes, and assisting with fixtures and PDQs, while collaborating with Store Operations and the District FAST Supervisor to ensure issues are resolved

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
