Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a store setting, owning and completing tasks from planograms to price changes while delivering Legendary Customer Service. You will interact with customers and team members and support merchandise and fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and sign updates.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, reliability, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
