Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee inventory routines, replenishment accuracy, and in-stock optimization.
• Execute planogram sets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution across departments.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with proper documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while enforcing SOPs and company programs.
