Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing merchandising plans and floor standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store standards across the team.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and stock flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock routines, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization, signage, and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Lead shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
