Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at Marshalls Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a store associate on-site to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will help maintain backroom organization and guide merchandise flow to the sales floor. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized and efficient.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensure proper tagging and setup of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Promote safety, adhere to labor policies, and support shrink reduction goals.
