The Michaels Companies Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

You will lead SOP adherence, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, manage floor leadership, and coordinate staffing and task priorities to keep the store customer-ready and in stock. Benefits and career opportunities follow company programs.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving store merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, accurate sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and proper backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes with accuracy.
• Implement shrink-reduction measures through asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
