Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at HomeGoods in Florence, KY. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced team setting.

You will train Associates, manage back stock, and maintain merchandise tagging, organization, and safety standards while supporting store goals and policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through engaging interactions and a clean store environment.
• Organize back stock and rotate stock to replenish the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and communicate priorities to management.
