Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking an energetic team member to support receiving and merchandising processes at our Cincinnati location. You will engage customers, maintain clean store conditions, and assist in merchandise flow from backroom to sales floor.

Responsibilities include training associates, ensuring proper tagging and organization, and collaborating with management to meet priorities while upholding safety and labor standards.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Able to train others and lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store procedures.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and safety compliance.
