• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Upholds safety, cleanliness, and labor-law compliance.
