Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team players for our Sierra store in Anderson, SC. You will support receiving, merchandising, and customer-focused operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, and organizing backroom areas while maintaining safety and store standards. Previous retail experience and leadership exposure are valued as you grow with TJX’s off-price retail network.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects as part of stocking and merchandising.
• Experience mentoring or training associates is a plus.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and coded and flows of goods are maintained.
• Communicate with management to keep priorities and progress updated.
• Maintain backroom organization, safety, and cleanliness.
