Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise; monitor back stock and replenishment.
• Communicate priorities with management and drive productivity.
• Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety compliance.
