Michaels PORT-VANCOUVER, WA seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and stock management.

With 3+ years of retail leadership experience, you will coach staff, enforce SOPs, and drive sales through effective merchandising execution and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
• Execute and maintain SISO (Store-In-Stock Optimization) routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
