Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Monona, WI store to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store.

In this role you will lead workload planning, partner with store leadership, and manage in-stock optimization, POS operations, and asset protection. Strong coaching and a track record in retail leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store merchandising standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
