The Michaels store in Green Bay, WI seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and inventory routines. You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, visual standards, and store readiness while partnering with leadership on staffing and daily tasks.

You will train and coach team members, maintain in-stock levels, and ensure promotional execution meets customer needs. This role requires strong operational focus and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure timely merchandising sets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and placement.
• Complete price changes accurately across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment processes and accuracy.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
