Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at TJ Maxx in West Lebanon, NH for a role focused on receiving, merchandising, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help keep the store organized, train teammates, and ensure timely product flow from back stock to the sales floor.

You will work with a team to uphold policies, manage priorities, and participate in promoting safety and loss-prevention programs while supporting a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize back stock, monitor flow of goods to the sales floor, and support floor replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Communicate with leadership to set priorities and provide progress updates.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and compliance with labor policies.
