Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store cleanliness.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promote safety and uphold labor policies.
