Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service across the store. You will help keep products styled on the floor, assist customers, and contribute to a clean, organized shopping environment.

You will work with a team, learn TJX policies, and develop skills in stockflow, pricing accuracy, and loss prevention while supporting store goals and schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
• Promote a positive customer experience through friendly service and product knowledge.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising processes and store procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly and that backroom areas stay clean and organized.
