Job summary

TJ Maxx Store Raleigh is seeking an energetic retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll help maintain a clean, organized store and train teammates on established practices.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, the ability to multitask, and physical stamina to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent service experience.
• Organize back stock, replenish on the sales floor, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising principles.
• Promote safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
