Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Supervise associates in the assigned area, assign duties, train staff, and ensure member complaints are resolved per company guidelines.
• Stock supplies and merchandise, maintain sales floor displays, and process claims and returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
