Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety standards and handles hazardous materials according to guidelines; reports unsafe conditions.
• Completes orders and pulls items from shelves, scans, wraps, and prepares shipments; ensures order accuracy.
• Delivers Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
