The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at TJ Maxx in McHenry, IL. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store flowing efficiently and provide an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll train Associates, organize back stock, and ensure accurate tagging while supporting store safety and policy compliance. Ideal candidates bring retail experience and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize back room, rotate stock, and ensure proper tagging and coding.
• Support Management on Associate training and daily priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Communicate priorities to colleagues and management with progress updates.
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Assist in driving store shrink reduction and safety programs.
• Contribute to a positive, honest working environment.
