The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at TJ Maxx in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a positive customer experience while keeping the store organized and replenished.

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards with efficient teamwork.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize truck delivery and backroom replenishment for sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured and correctly coded.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
