You will assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, asset protection, and policy adherence while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and associates. The role emphasizes merchandising, freight flow, and daily supervision with an emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Customer-focused with high-energy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability throughout the day.
